I came in expecting a full hour of foot massage, but the experience was much better than I anticipated. My male massage therapist provided a relaxing combination of head, arm, hand, leg, and foot massage throughout the session, with the foot massage saved for the end. I usually get deep tissue massages and tend to focus on the therapeutic benefits, but this was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Even though the massage was still deep tissue and effectively worked out tension and tightness, it never felt overwhelming. I wear boots and do a lot of physical activity for a living, so my body takes a beating on a regular basis, and this session provided a level of relief I didn’t realize I needed. I honestly can’t remember the last time I was able to completely close my eyes, lay back, and truly unwind the way I did during this session. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He knew exactly where to apply pressure and consistently found the right points throughout the massage. Every part of the session felt intentional and well executed. If you’re looking for a relaxing massage experience and excellent service, I highly recommend Yili Body & Foot Massage.
